House rules

1. Arrival and departure

• Check-in is possible from 15:00.
• Check-out is by 10:00 at the latest.
• Check-in: Key box
• The keys are to be returned on departure as agreed.
• Windows and doors are to be closed carefully on departure.

2. Number of guests and use

• The property may be used by a maximum of 5 guests, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
• Parties, events and similar celebrations are not permitted.
• Furniture stays in its place.
• Cleaning vehicles on the grounds is not desired.

3. Quiet hours and neighbourhood

• Quiet hours apply from 23:00 to 07:00.
• Noise is to be kept at an appropriate level, especially outdoors and when arriving late.
• The neighbourhood is to be respected. Noise, litter and other disturbances are to be avoided.

4. Smoking and fire

• Smoking is not permitted in the property.
• Open fire is only permitted in the places provided for this purpose and under constant supervision.
• Ashes and embers may only be disposed of or left unattended once they have cooled down completely.

5. Pets

• Pets are permitted if they were stated when booking or have been agreed with us.
• Assistance animals are of course permitted.
• Pets must not cause any damage or disturb other guests or neighbours.
• Any soiling caused by pets is to be removed immediately.

6. Furnishings and duty of care

• Furnishings, appliances, garden furniture and outdoor areas are to be treated with care.
• Please report any damage or technical problems to us promptly.
• When leaving the property, electrical appliances and lights are to be switched off safely.
• Windows and doors are to be closed when nobody is in the property and in bad weather.

7. Waste and preparing for departure

• Before departure, waste is to be disposed of in the containers provided.
• Used towels are to be gathered together.
• The property is to be left tidy and swept clean.
• Crockery and kitchen utensils are to be put back clean.

8. House rules of the property

• Commercial photography is permitted as long as it does not breach the house rules, the rights of third parties or any legal requirements.
• Charging electric cars on the property is not permitted.
• Please keep the noise to a reasonable level at the hot tub.
• Please do not light a fire in the grill. Use the fire pit for that.
• Please stop using the wood stove at least 3 hours before departure.
• Only leave a fire once it has cooled down completely.
• Please treat the hot tub with care.
• Make sure the wood stove is safely out whenever you leave the house.
• Please clean the grill accessories before putting them back.

9. Part of the booking

These house rules form part of the stay at the property “bambisbasecamp”. Additional individual instructions from the booking confirmation, the guest area or personal arrangements remain reserved.
